In 1979, Dave Hultquist finished college and moved from Washington State to Alaska determined to build high quality homes at the best possible price. With this philosophy in mind, Dave started Hultquist Construction in October of 1980. Since that day, Hultquist Homes has built over 4,000 homes in Alaska, and hundreds more in the Seattle area.

 

We are now one of the largest builders in the State of Alaska with numerous builder awards, but what we value most is the satisfaction of our homeowners.
